Your role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong technical background within Google Cloud Platform for our customer which provides services in the Energy sector.

The role includes:

• You will support our client in designing cloud solutions for migrating existing environments from various  sources into the Google Cloud Platform.
• Manage and optimize existing customer projects within GCP, with focus on security and network
• Lead technical discussions and build consensus among engineers

What do we expect?

• you have experience in cloud migration projects and a deep understanding of migration methodologies and best practices
• you have strong technical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services and architecture, including virtual machines, storage solutions,   networking and security
• you have ability to design and implement cloud migration solution that meet customer requirements, using GCP services and tools like as CloudEndure, Velostrata and Migrate for Compute Engine 
•  you expertise in assessing application workloads and identifying migration candidates, developing migration plan and strategy 
• you have familiarity with automation and scripting tools like terraform, Ansible and Python to enable migration process
• you have experience in performing proof-of-concept migrations, testing and validation to ensure that the migrated application functioning correctly  
• you have ability to work closely with customer, stakeholders and other technical teams to ensure successful migration outcomes and resolve any issue arise during the migration process
